Santa Cruz Bicycles: Customer Feedback & Reviews
Santa Cruz Bicycles have received numerous positive customer reviews from those who have used them. Most customers say that these bicycles are of highest quality and are thus durable and worth every penny. Below is what some of the customers had to say.
My Santa Cruz Tall Boy LT bicycle is worth every penny. This company has high mountain bike standards and makes killer products. High quality bicycles, well designed, locally owned and operated.
Do I love my Santa Cruz Blur? That is one of the great rhetorical questions that should be asked along the likes of ‘Does a bear shit in the woods’? or Is the pope catholic? Someone once said to me "Dude, you probably sleep with your bike at night." I responded with a "no way, my bed is FAR too dirty to let my bike sleep in it. "Hydraulic disc brakes, dual suspension and 160mm front suspension travel. Here I go again, doting on my baby. I hate people like that. Sorry. I do carry a picture of my bike in my wallet though.
Okay I give Santa Cruz Bicycles one more star because they made it up to me. I had a sticker coming off my bike and I went in to get a replacement. The dude gave me a new sticker kit for free, even though I was wearing an Ibis sweatshirt (whoops).
I keep my super light in the living room. It’s a piece of art to me (even though it didn't help that I rode this light frame on a downhill course at north star. Yes, I crashed!) I sort of thought dual suspension meant I could take on BOULDERS and crazy jumps! It has minor dings on the break levers, but those are memories. Lol, the anodized paint coat prevents scratches. I love it. Anyone up for a ride this summer!?
I don't care how much my 2008 Santa Cruz SuperLight cost, because I HAD to own it. I love this bike! I purchased it at Family Cycling, which has the best customer service in town, by the way. I also love supporting a local company!
I have a Blur LT2 and absolutely love it. Santa Cruz makes amazing bikes. But on occasion problems can arise with a bike that's made to be abused. My issue was that my Blur developed a creak, which was an issue that older Blurs had frequently, but is more rare in the new models. So after my local bike shop couldn't get it solved, I emailed Santa Cruz (Garen Becker has been my contact, and he's been great). They've been incredibly responsive and helpful. And they've never hesitated in sending me the parts I've needed to get the issues solved, free of charge. Yeah, the bikes are made overseas these days, like everything else, but their customer service still feels like a small bike company that gives a shit about what they're doing.

To qualify as a working coupon, the link or code must provide a discount above and beyond what's freely available by default on the vendor's site.
To check this, first click the link and check that the coupon can be applied and does provide the discount described. Then, in a different browser, open the vendor's site (without using the Knoji link) and check whether that same discount is available to any user by default. If it's not, and the coupon works, then you've found a qualified coupon and can verify it and get your earnings. If not, you can verify that it does not work (explain why this is) and you'll earn a smaller credit.
Don't waste your time verifying invalid coupons! Before you receive payment, all your verifications will be reviewed, and if they are invalid, you earnings will be deleted. Verify only valid coupons in order to receive payment for this project.
